IPH is the Home Health Care & Hospice Care Provider of Choice

Serving Brazoria County for over 30 years, IPH Healthcare is deeply rooted in the community we proudly call home. Our owners, Rey and Nancy Roman, longtime Lake Jackson residents, began this journey with a God-given vision and a steadfast commitment to serve where they live—laying the foundation for a lasting legacy of compassionate, faith-centered care.

From its earliest days, IPH Healthcare was built on the belief that healthcare should be personal, dignified, and delivered with integrity. That philosophy continues to guide every decision we make—from how we care for our patients and families to how we support, develop, and invest in our clinical teams.

Today, that legacy continues through the next generation with their daughter, Natalie, and son, Nick, who have both become integral leaders within the IPH Healthcare family.

Natalie brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to excellence in patient care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN, FNP-C), having completed her graduate education at Simmons University. Natalie is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, reflecting her advanced clinical training, dedication to evidence-based practice, and focus on achieving high-quality patient outcomes. Her hands-on experience and patient-centered approach play a critical role in ensuring IPH Healthcare consistently delivers safe, compassionate, and effective care.

Nick provides leadership on the business and operational side of the organization, ensuring IPH Healthcare remains financially strong, operationally sound, and positioned for long-term sustainability. He earned his business degree from Texas A&M University and furthered his education with MBA studies at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Nick’s background in business strategy, operations, and compliance supports responsible growth while preserving the values and mission on which IPH Healthcare was founded.

Together, Natalie and Nick bring a balanced leadership approach—combining clinical excellence with disciplined operational management. They honor the legacy established by their parents while thoughtfully preparing IPH Healthcare to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the community.

As a locally owned and family-led organization, IPH Healthcare takes pride in knowing our patients, partners, and referral sources by name—not just by number.
